Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used self-tanning products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right—either with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
